Words seem inadequate to express the sadness our family is feeling right now.  I am still in shock and my heart is broken.  I have all kinds of witty and fond memories that take me back to our days of growing up together....
After some time, I was able to both cry and laugh at the memories I had of my sister, Sheila (who passed away too young and suddenly).  I hope one day Steve, Shane, and Shanearia will be able to do the same.  This is a poem that I have grown to love, because it seemed to represent the reality of how I felt...  and still do fell.
"...If you haven’t already, you will lose someone you can’t live without, & your heart will be badly broken; & the bad news is that you never completely get over the loss of a beloved person. But this is also the good news. They live forever, in your broken heart that doesn’t seal back up. And you come through. It’s like having a leg that never heals perfectly - that still hurts when the weather is cold - but you learn to dance with the limp."  by Anne Lamott

Love you all... Jane

To Sharon's Family,

I got to know Sharon by working with her from time to time as a sub at Bonifay Middle School.  She was always a lot of fun and kept things interesting, never a boring moment.  She was always very kind hearted and I always knew she cared about others.  She is going to be greatly missed by every heart she touched.  Your family is in my prayers.

Love,
Fawn Sellers

My Family,

God does not make mistakes.  I know that we are hurting right now and it does not seem to be what should be happening.  Sharon (Saight) gave us joy during her time here with us and we should rejoice knowing that she is resting now.  As a family we have and will survive and will be  the stronger for it.  Love.

Steve, Shaneria and Shane,
Our hearts hurt with yours.  Your lovely Sharon spent a lot of time in our home with our daughters, Pam (Alford) and Melony while in High School, Lady Atomics team mates, (She and Melony in the same class).....and, as you know, a co-worker  of Pam's for all her years at Bonifay Middle School.  We got to enjoy her smile, her lovely personality, and her always upbeat take on life. We considered her 'ours' and she called us 'hers'.  What an honor for us.  May her strength and love for you three sustain you now and for always.

To Sharon's Family-My thoughts and prayers are with you now. I had the pleasure to teach and work with Sharon many years. First I taught her at Poplar Springs HS and have worked with her for the last 11 years. She always had a happy smile and a good outlook on life, will remember her in many ways. May God comfort you all in this time of need.
