My sincere condolences to the family. Words are never enough to take away the pain; but we can find comfort in Jesus' promise. Jesus compared the death of our loved ones to sleeping- Luke 8:49-55. In John 5:28, 29 Jesus promises to soon bring our loved ones back to life again by means of the resurrection. Soon we will get to enjoy wonderful times again with our loved ones on earth and be free from all suffering and death forever- Psalms 37:29 and Revelation 21:3-5. Meanwhile as we await that time please find comfort in knowing that " Jehovah [God] is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit"- Psalms 34:18.
