Coleman "Cam Lee" Lee

Mr. Coleman Anderson “Cam” Lee was born on Wednesday, February 20, 1952 in Gordon, Alabama to the late Huey Sr., and Roberta Gordon Lee.

“Cam” worked a number of years on the railroad and pulpwood.

“Cam” went home to be with Lord on Monday, August 1, 2016 at the Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan.

“Cam” is survived by his devoted soulmate, Gladys W. Pittman of Graceville, FL; a son, Kevin Vontay Lee of Texas; siblings: Lula Mae Baxter, Malone, FL, Huey Lee, Jr., (Edna), Etta Mae Pender, Mary Lee and Betty Peterson (friend, Taylor Collins) all of Gordon, AL;  special friends: Joe Dixon and Felicia Madison; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

GOD SAW YOU WERE GETTING TIRED

God saw you getting tired,

And a cure was not to be,

So He put His arms around you,

And whispered "Come to me."

With tearful eyes we watched you,

As you slowly slipped away,

And though we loved you dearly,

We couldn't make you stay.

Your golden heart stopped beating,

Your tired hands put to rest,

God broke our hearts to prove to us,

He only takes the best.
