I have had the unfortunate task of having to call on Mr. Pittman on several occasions over the past 14 years. Although the moments were sad, as of course, I had lost a loved one, however, Mr. Pittman is such a pleasant person and is so helpful that the makes the experience go so smoothly that it's unbelievable. He always tells me to give him as much information as I can on my loved one and leave everything else to him. I've done just that and he has always been successful in pleasing me and my family. One of my daughters has even pre-arranged her services though Mr. Pittman and he assured us that all we had to do was call Christian Memorial Chapel of Graceville, FL when the Master calls for her and he would take over from there; we would not have to worry about a dime, as everything has been well planned and pre-paid. He says if she's called home 30 years from now, it will still not cost us a dime. That's comforting to know that you can count on someone to handle business in that manner in which he does. I am eternally grateful to Mr. Donald Pittman and the staff of Christian Memorial Chapel Funeral Home. They did the last rites for my dearly departed mother Twynette Linda Ponds-Beachem in a home-going celebration that is still being talked about two years later. Mr. Pittman and my grandmother Elizabeth Ponds grew up together in Marianna and she was also a caregiver of Mr. Pittman's mother in law, the recently departed Mrs. Dollie Douglas. This funeral home is extremely professional and the rest of the staff go above and beyond the call of duty to comfort families and to make sure all of the necessities are taken care of.
