Willie F. Barkley

Mr. Willie F. Barkley, age 66, made his transition from labor to reward on August 20, 2021.

Mr. Barkley was born on May 13, 1955 in Dothan, AL to the late Jimmy and Bessie Mae Barkley.

He was educated at Greenwood School. He accepted Christ at a young age. He was a member of Greenwood Chapel A.M.E Church.
He was employed at Anderson Columbia for 23 years and continued working until his sudden illness. He was a hard- worker and would offer help to anyone in need. He was a great husband and loving father, one of the best. He left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Mr. Barkley was preceded in death by:  two sisters: Patty and Mary Lois Barkley; two  brothers: Arthur and Robert Barkley.  

He leaves a lifetime of memories to cherish a wife, Jacqueline  Barkley of Greenwood Florida; five children:  Tarrance Ellis of Marianna, Florida, Tithani McKenzie (Larry) of Dothan, Alabama, Sidra Barkley of Marianna, Florida, Cortney Barkley of Orlando, Florida and  Taliyah Barkley of Jacksonville, Florida; three children raised as his own: Lateisha Breland (Troy) of Middleburg Florida, Shameeka Garrett (Marcus) of Marianna, Florida and  Tameeka Spates of Marianna, Florida;  11 grandchildren; one brother: Jimmy Barkley of Lake City, Florida; two sisters: Luvern Johnson of Tallahassee,  Florida and Dorothy Garrett (Wendell) of Chipley, Florida; and a host of Family And Friends.
