Toreather (Bowers) Long

Mrs. Toreather Bowers Long, (widow of the late Cleo Long), age 77, of Greenwood, Florida went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 7, 2020 at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Panama City, Florida.

She was a native of Jackson County and a member of the Greater Buckhorn Missionary Baptist Church in Marianna, Florida. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mrs. Ola Mae Ward on October 15, 2016.

She is survived by her son, Darren O. Long of Pine City, Minnesota; three grandchildren; numerous other relatives and friends.

Public visitation will be from 4-6 PM, Friday, August 14, 2020, in the M. Sue & Rodney D. Pittman Memorial Chapel, 5441 Cooper Street, Graceville, Florida.

Services honoring the life and legacy of Mrs. Long will begin at 11 AM, Saturday, August 15, 2020 at the Greater Buckhorn Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 4961 Highway 162, Marianna, Florida with the Reverend W. H. Harvey, pastor/officiating and under the directions of Christian Memorial Chapel of Graceville, Florida.
