Tekila “Sharese” Sutton, a devoted woman of God, loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2026, in Panama City, at the age of 40. Born on April 2, 1986, in Marianna, FL., Sharese lived a life rooted in faith, love, and service to her family and others.
As a faithful servant of the Lord, Sharese dedicated her life to not only serving the Lord through her walk but sharing the love of Christ through her service to others. As a longtime member of True Church of God, Sharese was saved at an early age and dedicated her life to Christ.
Born and raised with strong values, Sharese developed a deep appreciation for family, faith, and perseverance. She was known for her radiant spirit, her ability to bring light into any room, and her determination to overcome life’s challenges with dignity and courage.
Sharese was a woman who carried herself with compassion and warmth, always extending a helping hand and an encouraging word to those around her. Exhibited by her 22 plus years of service in the educational field. In addition, to obtaining her Bachelor of Science, Elementary Education, Master of Arts, Educational Leadership, and Educational Specialist Degree, Curriculum and Instruction all conferred by the University of West Florida. She had a heart for people and found joy in uplifting others, whether through her friendships, her service, or the quiet ways she showed care each day.
She is survived by her loving husband, Keith Sutton Jr.; her children, Keith Sutton III and Kaelynn Sutton; her mother Malzie A. Clark; her siblings, Sheherah Clark, JaJuan Clark, and ShonYae Clark; grandmother Eldiest Andrews; her nieces Ascelynn and Naliyde Clark, her nephew Cannon Sutton; aunts and uncles, Bobby (Amy) Clark, Girsley Oliver, Lillie Bell Larry, Sallie M. Gibson, Ella Gardner, Mary (Royce) Burgess, Idell (Donald) Roulhac, Willie Clark, George (Patricia) Clark; special aunt Beulah Johnson; and a host of family and friends who were blessed to know her.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Albert Clark, grandfather Henry Clark Sr.; grandmother Aggie B. Clark; uncles, Henry Clark Jr., Timothy Oliver, Johnny Larry, Charles Gardner, and Kenneth Gibson; aunt Cathrine Clark, cousins Shon Oliver and Dayvon Larry.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Albert Clark; grandfather Henry Clark, Sr.; grandmother Aggie B. Clark; uncles, Henry Clark, Jr., Timothy Oliver, Johnny Larry, Charles Gardner, and Kenneth Gibson; aunt, Cathrine Clark; cousins, Shon Oliver and Dayvon Larry.
