In humble submission to the will of God, the management and staff of Christian Memorial Chapel, LLC sorrowfully announce the earthly departure of Mr. Romel Cody, 62, of Cottonwood, AL.
On Tuesday, August 21, 2018, surrounded by his loving & caring family, God dispatched the Angel of Death to relay a message to Romel, saying "I see your road is rough, and the hill is getting too steep. Come rest your head upon My breast, your soul I will keep."
He is survived by his wife, Mildred Cody; children: Tiffany Brown, Shunta Brown (LaToya), Demetris Brown and Chase Brown (Melissa); he is also survived by his sisters, brothers, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
