Obituary
Mr. Daron Aundra Smith was born on Monday, August 2nd 1965 in Donalsonville, Georgia to Emma Lucille Smith and Norman Torres.
He accepted Christ at a early age joining New Easter Missionary Baptist Church in Graceville, Florida.
He graduated from Graceville High School in 1985, Graceville, Florida. Daron was athletic during those years playing football, basketball and running track. This led him to Bowling Green, Kentucky where he played college football.
Daron was preceded in death by his mother, Emma Lucille Laster.
Daron went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 20th 2022 at Jackson Hospital in Marianna, Florida.
He leaves to cherish his memories to his father, Norman Torres (Lula) of Malone, Florida; his stepfather, Robert Laster, Sr., of Graceville, Florida; siblings: Roderick Laster (Cassandra) of Marianna, Florida, Robert Laster, Jr., of Graceville, Florida, the Reverend Melenda Torres Smith (Kermit) of Malone, Florida, Melissa Torres of Alabaster, Alabama and Patricia Jackson (Roberto) of Deatsville, Alabama; special cousin: Sherneka Griffin-Smith of Grand Ridge, Florida; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
