Mr. Charlie Dent

Charlie Dent, beloved father and friend, passed away on October 3, 2025, at the age of 73.

He was born on December 20, 1951, in Union Springs, Alabama, to the late Katherine and Robert Dent. Charlie was one of 21 siblings, and from a young age, he learned the value of family, hard work, and togetherness—qualities that shaped the man he became and the love he shared throughout his life.

Charlie was well-known throughout the community as a talented local DJ whose music brought people together and filled every room with joy. Beyond his love for music, he was admired for his dedication, strong work ethic, and genuine kindness toward others. Whether behind the turntables or lending a helping hand, Charlie always gave his best and left a lasting impression on those around him.

He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His legacy of hard work, love, and laughter will continue to inspire everyone whose lives he touched.
