Joseph Jackson, Sr.

Mr. Joseph Jackson, Sr., 68, of Graceville, FL departed this life on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 in Graceville.

He was veteran of the United States Army, where he served proudly for his country.

He is survived by his wife, Bessie Moore Jackson; children: Tiffany Jackson of West Haven, CT and Joseph Jackson, Jr., of Philadelphia, PA; two grandchildren: Tiffany Jackson and Mercedes Jackson; siblings: Jake Gainer and Lillie Bell Campbell both of Philadelphia, PA; numerous other relatives and friends.

The memories have faded
The scars have all been healed
We have but to be thankful
For the bounty of our yield

Many would hope for
But only few would find
The homecoming they dreamed of
Each night inside their mind

We owe it to their memory
To live each day with pride
Always share with others
The love you have inside
