James Vincent Fennell, Sr., was born on Friday, April 10, 1953, to Alton and Millie Fennell. One child preceded him in death, Monique Fennell; parents: Alton Sr. and Millie Fennell; brother: Alton Fennell, Jr., and a sister: Gloria Jean Fennell Griffin.
Affiliation: He was a member of New Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, Port St. Joe, Florida;
Accomplishments: He attended Washington High School and he transferred to Westinghouse Public High School. After graduating he became a Certified Pipe Fitter at Berg U.S. Steel, Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and worked throughout the Northeast, United States;
Departure: Tuesday, June 28, 2022, Emerald Shores Nursing Health and Rehabilitation, Panama City, Florida;
