Eddie C. Thomas

Mr. Eddie Charles Thomas was born on May 31, 1948 in Noma, Florida to Hosie Sr., and Lucille Brown Thomas.

Eddie was a loving and devoted friend to many. He loved his family, fishing animals and working on his and others lawnmower and cars.  One of his favorite pastime was going to Golden Corral Restaurant, all the food on bars were his favorite.

He departed this earthly house on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at the Southeast Health in Dothan, Alabama.

He is survived by his fiancé and soulmate, Pauline Helms of Dothan, Alabama, nieces and nephews: Edward Hayes (Donna), Willie Davis (Linda), James Hayes (Mary), Earl Davis (Amy) and Cynthia Hayes (Frank), Waymon E. (Gwendolyn) Leath of Evans, Georgia, Samuel L. (Jeanette) Leath, Charles Leath both of Columbus, Ohio, and Marjorie Buvose of Jacksonville, Florida, Johnny Thomas (Florence), Quincy, Florida, Kelvin Beachum (Aneala), Sylvester Thomas and Wallace Thomas; stepchildren: Bishop Russell Gordon (Jeannie) of Dothan, Alabama, Barbara Gordon of Slocomb, Alabama, Dwight Gordon of Dothan, Alabama, Dwayne Gordon of Dothan, Alabama, Shelia Myles (Lamar) of Slocomb, Alabama, Linda Crosby (Mark) of Slocomb, Alabama, Brenda Thomas (Tony) of Uniondale, New York and Marilyn Laster of Graceville, Florida; numerous great nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
