In humble submission to the will of God, Christian Memorial Chapel, sadly announces the passing of Mr. Robert Earl Reynolds.

He was age 71.

Mr. Reynolds transitioned into eternal rest and peace Thursday, September 6, 2018 in Jackson, Georgia.

Although we are saddened by his passing, we rejoice in knowing that he's  in a land "where he'll never grow old." Farewell  Robert, you were tired and needed your rest. You were called forth by God, and your soul was truly blessed. We will not weep and mourn because we don't see you on this side anymore. We know that you'll be waiting to meet us on the other shore.

Robert Earl Reynolds journey in life began November 7, 1946 to Katie M. Gordon and the late Woodrow Watson.

Robert graduated in 1965 from Phyllis  Wheatley High School in Apopka, Florida.

Robert preceded in death by his loving grandparents: Willie C. and Ressie L. Reynolds and step-father: Julius B. Gordon, Sr.

Cherishing fond memories:  mother, Katie M. Gordon of  Orlando, Florida; son, Robert E. Reynolds, Jr. of  Colorado Springs, Colorado;three brothers: Jeffery D. Gordon, of  Casselberry, Florida; Julius B. Gordon, Jr. (Sandra) of  Apopka, Florida, and Miguel E. Gordon (Shirley) of  Orlando, Florida; sisters: Joann Latson (Lewis) of  Orlando, Florida, Edith C. Chapman, Helen C. Gordon both of Eatonville Florida and Laurene D. Gordon, of Fern Park, Florida; three granddaughters ,  Celena Freeman Of Tacoma, Washington, Jasmine Freeman and Mikaylah Reynolds both of Vancouver, Washington, one great- grandchild, Jayden Freeman of Tacoma, Washington,   several nieces, nephews, numerous other relatives and sorrowing friends.
