God saw the road was getting rough, the hills were hard to climb, He gently closed his loving eyes, and whispered “peace be mine.”

At an early age, he accepted Christ and joined St. Phillip A.M.E. Church, Madrid, AL. He was employed at Colonial Bakery (Bimbo Bakeries) for 33 1/2 years, where he retired on Wednesday, December 27, 2006.
