Mrs. Henrietta Wadsworth Page, age 85 of Marianna, Florida went home to be with the Lord on Saturday April 21, 2018 at the Florida Hospital Fish Memorial in Orange City, Florida.
Henrietta Wadsworth Page was born to the late Vesia Lee Hayes Wadsworth and Alto Wadsworth, Sr. on February 2, 1933.
She had one son, Keith Alexander Page, who also preceded her in death (1983); in addition, two brothers preceded her also, Alto Wadsworth, Jr. and Eddie Ellis.
She was a native of Jackson County, Florida, and a faithful member of the New Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Marianna, Florida, where she served on the Usher Board as well as other Auxiliary committees.
She was a graduate of Jackson County Training School and attended Bethune Cookman College after graduating from high school. She returned home prior to graduating to help care for her family. She later worked for the State of Florida and retired from Arthur G. Dozier School for Boys.
She leaves to cherish her memories, a devoted son: Vincent Page and wife Sylvia of Deltona, Florida; two sisters: Mary Wadsworth White (Jake Sim-deceased) and Christine Wadsworth Johnson both of Marianna, Florida; she also leaves a loving aunt, Dorothy Stevenson; nieces: Sheila (Charles) Cunningham, Kimberly Wadsworth, Erika (Fredrick) Pringley; nephews: Crushell Weston and Eddie Ellis (Linda); sister-in-law: Betty Ellis; god-son: Paris Harvey Jr.; special nephew: William Long, Jr; special cousins: Emma Jean (Marvin) Harvey, Larry Hayes (Louise) and Donald J. Pittman; special friends: Laflorence Long, Sharod Dudley, Caroline Harvey, Darlene Boykin, Lola Hogan, Anne Sykes and James Pyles; a host of great nieces, nephews, other close relatives and friends.
