Sister Pecola Pittman Hall was born on Thursday, March 25, 1926 to the late Sam and Cillie Pittman.
Sister Pecola Hall accepted Christ at an early age and joined the Saint Mary Missionary Baptist Church in Jacob City, Florida. Sister Pecola Hall attended church until her health failed. She was a faithful member of the Senior Mission and the Usher Board. She also attended Jackson County School System, where she obtained her high school diploma.
Sister Pecola Hall was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Joe Hall to this union six children were born.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a sister, Pensula Barkley; brother: Abram Pittman.
On Wednesday, October 19, 2016, 3:00 A.M., Sister Hall transitioned to eternal rest.
She is survived by her children: George Hall, Jacob City, Florida, Earnest Hall (Sandra), Jacob City, Florida, Classie Henderson, Jacob City, Florida, Flossie Coe (James), Ocala, Florida, Vivian Webb, Jacob City, Florida and Priscilla Benbow, Jacob City, Florida; grandchildren: Allen Earl Henderson, Albany, Georgia, Nolan Carl Henderson (Gloria) Henderson, Jacob City, Florida, Kenya Hall and Shantae Hall, Jacob City, Florida, LaDon Benbow, Columbus, Georgia, Tofoy A. Coe, Ocala, Florida, Jamie Coe, Ocala, Florida and Rena Merritt (Brian), Marianna, Florida; ten great grandchildren; eleven great-great grandchildren; two great-great-great grandchildren; sisters and brother-in-law: Hazel Porter, Dothan, Alabama and Martha Lee Russell, Panama City, Florida and Willie C. Baldwin, Jacob City, Florida; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
