Bobbie Nell (Ward) Wilson

Sister Bobbie Nell Wilson was born Tuesday, March 31, 1936 to Simmie Lee and Minnie Lee Bryant Ward.

She accepted Jesus Christ at an early age and became a member of Everlena Missionary Baptist Church of Campbellton, Florida. She later joined Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Cottonwood, Alabama as a member under watch care. She remained faithful and active in the church throughout her lifetime.

Sister Wilson had a love for children, and showed this through her vocation as the Cafeteria Manager for many years at Graceville Elementary School, she  later retired.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, George “Jay” Ward.

She is survived by her husband of fifty-three years, Willie C. Wilson; sons: Vincent Wilson, Victor Ward and Virgil Ward (Jackie); grandchildren: Philemon Ward and Ashley Wilson; sisters: Ethel Beckwith (Roosevelt), Janet Douglas, Willie “Doll” Brown and Shirley Armstead; brother: Franklin Ward; an aunt Paralee Ward; special friend, Eula Sorey; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
